Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: WiFi access packages are digital services that are activated immediately upon payment. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Service

OmadaCRM provides time-based WiFi internet access as a digital service. Once a WiFi package is purchased and activated, the internet access begins immediately and cannot be paused, transferred, or reversed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Payment charged but WiFi not activated: If payment was deducted but WiFi access was not granted due to a technical error, a full refund will be processed.
  • Duplicate payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same package, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Service not available: If the WiFi network is completely non-functional at the location and no internet access was delivered, a refund may be issued upon verification.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • WiFi access was successfully activated and used (even partially)
  • Slow internet speed due to network congestion or ISP limitations
  • User's device is unable to connect due to device-specific issues
  • The user left the WiFi coverage area before the package duration expired
  • Change of mind after purchase and activation
  • Package expired due to the natural passage of time
4. Cancellation Policy

Since WiFi access is activated immediately upon payment:

  • There is no cancellation option once the package has been activated.
  • Packages cannot be paused, extended, or transferred to another device or user.
  • If you wish to disconnect, you may do so manually from your device's WiFi settings; however, the remaining time will not be refunded.
5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible scenario:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of the transaction via our Contact Page or email.
  2. Provide your Payment ID (shown on the payment confirmation screen), name, phone number, and a description of the issue.
  3. Our team will verify the claim and respond within 3-5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Razorpay's processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
