Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: All WiFi access packages are digital services that are activated immediately upon payment. All sales are final. Please review your selected package carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Nature of Service

Bharatwani provides time-based WiFi internet access as a digital service. Once a WiFi package is purchased and activated, internet access begins immediately. Due to the instant-delivery nature of this service, all transactions are considered final upon payment confirmation.

2. No Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no refund, no cancellation policy for all WiFi access packages. Refunds will not be provided in any of the following circumstances:

  • WiFi access was successfully activated (even if used for a brief duration)
  • Dissatisfaction with internet speed due to network congestion or ISP limitations
  • Inability to connect due to device-specific compatibility issues
  • Leaving the WiFi coverage area before the package duration expires
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Package expiry due to the natural passage of time
  • Forgetting to use the purchased time
3. Cancellation Policy

Since WiFi access is activated instantly upon payment confirmation:

  • There is no cancellation option once a package has been activated.
  • Packages cannot be paused, extended, or transferred to another device or user.
  • Disconnecting from the WiFi network does not pause or preserve the remaining session time.
4. Technical Failures

In the rare event of a confirmed technical failure on our platform (such as a successful payment deduction with no WiFi access granted due to a system error), please contact us immediately via our Contact Page. We will investigate the issue and, if a platform-side failure is confirmed, work to resolve access or address the matter on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
