OmadaCRM provides:
- WiFi Management Platform: A web-based platform that enables WiFi network administrators to create, manage, and sell paid guest WiFi access packages.
- Captive Portal: A guest WiFi login page where users can purchase time-based internet access.
- Payment Processing: Secure online payments through Razorpay for WiFi package purchases.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase services.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. WiFi Access Packages
- WiFi access packages are digital services that provide internet access for a specified duration.
- Access begins immediately upon successful payment and authorization.
- Duration is calculated from the moment of activation, not from the time of purchase.
- Speed limits and data limits, if specified, are applied as per the package terms.
- WiFi access is non-transferable and tied to the device used at the time of purchase.
5. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes.
- Payment confirmation is provided via the on-screen success message after a successful transaction.
- You agree to pay the full amount for any WiFi package you purchase.
6. WiFi Network Administrators
If you register as a WiFi admin on our platform:
- You are responsible for the WiFi packages you create and the pricing you set.
- You must ensure your WiFi network complies with local laws and regulations.
- You must not use the platform for any unlawful purposes.
- OmadaCRM is not responsible for the quality of your WiFi network or internet service.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Use the WiFi access for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Share or resell purchased WiFi access to others
- Misuse the captive portal or payment system
- Use automated tools to interact with our services without permission
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. WiFi access depends on network hardware, internet connectivity, and other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by power outages, hardware failures, or ISP issues.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmadaCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or unauthorized access.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software on this platform are the property of OmadaCRM and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Changes to Terms
