1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipping

OmadaCRM provides digital WiFi access services. There are no physical products involved, and therefore no physical shipping or delivery is required.

2. Service Delivery

WiFi access packages are delivered instantly as follows:

  1. Purchase: You select a WiFi package and complete payment through Razorpay.
  2. Instant Activation: Upon successful payment, internet access is activated immediately on your connected device.
  3. Confirmation: A confirmation screen is displayed with your package details, duration, and expiry time.

4. Prerequisites for Delivery

For the WiFi service to be delivered successfully, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your device must be connected to the WiFi network at the physical location of the access point.
  • You must complete the payment process through the captive portal on your device.
  • The WiFi access point must be powered on and operational.
5. Delivery Failure

In the rare event that WiFi access is not activated after payment:

  • Please note your Payment ID shown on the payment screen.
  • Contact us immediately through our Contact Page.
  • We will investigate and either activate your access manually or process a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
